Please take a moment to complete the following survey – it should take less than 10 minutes to complete. The purpose of this survey is to get your input about community health concerns in your county. This survey will be used to help guide the Community Health Needs Assessment taking place in your county for the Summersville Regional Medical Center. Community partners will use the results of this survey, along with other information, to identify the most pressing health issues which can be addressed through community action. Your responses will not be associated with you in any way. In order to be eligible to participate, you should be at least 18 years old and a resident of Nicholas County.  If you have previously completed this survey, please disregard. Remember, your opinion is important to us!

Thank you for your time and please contact us if you have any questions concerning this survey or need help completing it. Emily Sarkees, WVU School of Public Health – [email protected]

Several of the SRMC Employees wore PINK on Friday, October 27, 2017 in honor of
Breast Cancer Awareness Month. A few of the SRMC Family have been sufferers
of this horrible disease and we wanted to show our support to these brave and
    courageous women.

On Monday, October 30th, the residents of our Extended Care Facility handed out treats to the children of SRMC employees!  A lot of cute, scary, and sweet characters came out to entertain our residents for the evening. Some of our employees set up at the Summersville Arena and Conference Center to hand out candy to the community as well. Take a look!

While we’re all looking to find ways to help with the most recent hurricane devastation, we wanted to share the Summersville Rotary Club’s effort to collect goods those communities need most.

In compliance with the Affordable Care Act, all not-for-profit hospitals have developed a report on the medical and health needs of the communities we serve. At Summersville Regional Medical Center, we have spent more than 47 years providing high-quality compassionate healthcare to the greater Nicholas County communities. We welcome you to review this document not just as a part of our compliance with federal law, but of our continuing efforts to meet your health and medical needs.
